The Board Chairman
He has thirty-five years’ experience in the Maritime industry and has served as the Director of Ghana Ports and Harbour Authority from 2000 – 2012. He was also a board member during the same period and assisted the Authority achieved its stated objectives through effective decision making and good governance. Due to his excellence and diligence in management, he was appointed to serve on the board of Ghana Railway Authority from 2009 – 2012.

He is a highly self-motivated, experienced business Management and Marketing Executive with proven sound business judgment and leadership skills from working experience. He is also very innovative, strategic, diversified and a result oriented person.
Kwasi is a Chartered Insurer and a member of the Association of Chartered Insurance Institute, (UK). He holds a Bsc. Administration (Insurance) from the University of Ghana Business School. He also holds Diploma in Insurance from the Ghana Insurance College, an MBA student from Atlantic International University and Master of Arts (Strategic Marketing) student from University of Ghana, Legon.
He has qualitative and productive service skills to enhance, attract and maintain customers’ attentions, loyalties and patronage. He served several positions as retail relations, credit monitor and analyst. He is currently an Area Manager for Vanguard Assurance Company Limited.
The Board Vice-Chairman
He has the following experience; International MBA with specialization in HR, NEBOSH IGC 1, 2 & 3 Certified, fourteen years in the maritime industry, eight years executive Naval Officer-Ghana Navy Maritime and HSE consultant since 2008 IOSH technical member since 2012 six years various senior management positions in Schlumberger Seaco Inc. (Oil and Gas)
